Clinical Operations Manager
The Clinical Operations Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory standards. This role manages study teams, vendors, and sites to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day clinical trial operations across multiple studies
Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and site performance
Oversee study start-up, monitoring, and close-out activities
Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Provide leadership, training, and support to clinical staff
Track study metrics and deliver updates to stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
Strong experience in clinical operations and trial management
In-depth knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
