Responsibilities
- Report to all assignments on time and in uniform, maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Prepare and organize patient care areas, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready for efficient assistance.
- Assist in managing patient flow, providing support with daily activities, vital signs monitoring, and basic medical tasks.
- Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination and quality patient care.
Skills & Experience
- Patient Care Technician certification required (e.g., from the National Healthcareer Association or American Medical Certification Association).
- At least 1 year of experience in a patient care or clinical setting preferred.
- Active state certification or licensure as a Patient Care Technician required.
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring, patient assistance procedures, and healthcare protocols is highly valued.
