We’re currently looking for an LMSW or LCSW to join our team and provide therapy services to a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, children, and families. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting individuals with complex needs such as serious mental illness, substance use, justice system involvement, and/or homelessness. Familiarity with community resources for underserved populations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with OMH standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals
• Participate in clinical supervision (provided if needed)
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution
• LMSW or LCSW required (licensure must be current and in good standing)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; experience with adolescents or substance use is a plus
• Eligible for clinical supervision and hours toward licensure
