Description

We are seeking a Work Readiness Facilitator to provide life skills, employment readiness, and financial empowerment training to individuals preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group workshops focused on work readiness, life skills, and employment success
  • Motivate and engage participants in both classroom and workshop settings
  • Track attendance, participation, and program progress
  • Collaborate with employment and vocational services teams
  • Assist participants in identifying goals and overcoming barriers to employment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Services, Education, Social Work, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching, training, facilitation, or workforce development experience
  • Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
