MRI Tech
We have open MRI technologist jobs! MRI techs operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to capture detailed internal images, working closely with physicians to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for MRI scans, ensuring safety and comfort
Operate MRI equipment and adjust settings to capture clear diagnostic images
Screen patients for safety risks and contraindications such as implants or devices
Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any distress or complications
Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to review images and adjust protocols
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Clean, calibrate, and maintain MRI equipment in compliance with safety standards
Skills & Experience:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI Technology program
ARRT certification in MRI (or eligibility) required in most settings
Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging protocols, and MRI safety practices
Ability to operate complex imaging equipment with precision
Excellent communication skills to guide and reassure patients
Physical ability to assist patients with positioning and handle equipment
