Behavioral Health Counselor

The Behavioral Health Counselor provides support, guidance, and therapy to individuals facing mental health, emotional, or behavioral challenges. This role helps clients develop coping strategies and promotes overall mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual or group counseling sessions.
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Relevant state licensure or certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
