Responsibilities
- Report to all assignments on time and in uniform, maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Prepare and organize medical documentation tools, ensuring all necessary resources are ready for accurate and efficient patient record-keeping.
- Assist in managing patient flow by documenting clinical interactions and ensuring timely entry of medical data into electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff to ensure accurate, real-time documentation and smooth workflow.
Skills & Experience
- Medical scribe certification or completion of a formal scribe training program preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or medical office setting preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.
- Strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient documentation processes is highly valued.
