Responsibilities

  • Report to all assignments on time and in uniform, maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  • Prepare and organize care stations, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready to assist patients efficiently.
  • Assist in managing patient flow, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure accurate care coordination and a smooth workflow.

Skills & Experience

  • Certification in Personal Care Assistance from an accredited program.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a personal care or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Active state certification or licensure as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) required.
  • Familiarity with patient care procedures, safety protocols, and healthcare settings is highly valued.
