Vice President of Behavioral Health

We are seeking a Vice President of Behavioral Health to lead outpatient and inpatient mental health and substance use programs in Brooklyn, NY. This executive role combines clinical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic program development within an integrated care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral health and substance use services organization-wide
• Oversee clinical quality, compliance, and program operations
• Drive strategic growth and service integration
• Manage leadership teams, budgets, and performance outcomes
• Ensure compliance with OASAS Part 820 and related regulations

Qualifications

• MSW + active NYS LCSW required
• CASAC certification required
• 10+ years behavioral health experience (inpatient & outpatient)
• 5+ years leadership experience in substance use/residential programs
• FQHC or community health experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
