Dialysis Technician

We have open dialysis technician jobs! Dialysis techs support patients with kidney disease by operating dialysis machines, monitoring treatments, and ensuring safe, effective care during each session.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate dialysis equipment according to established protocols

  • Monitor patients throughout treatment, checking vital signs and adjusting settings as needed

  • Assemble, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment

  • Document treatment details, patient responses, and any complications

  • Educate patients about dialysis procedures and provide comfort during sessions

  • Assist nurses and physicians with treatment plans and follow-up care

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment

Skills & Experience:

  • Certification in Dialysis Technology or a related field (e.g., from the Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing and Technology or National Nephrology Certification Organization).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a dialysis or clinical setting preferred.
  • Active state certification or licensure as a dialysis technician required.
  • Familiarity with dialysis equipment, procedures, and patient care protocols is highly valued.
