Dialysis Technician
We have open dialysis technician jobs! Dialysis techs support patients with kidney disease by operating dialysis machines, monitoring treatments, and ensuring safe, effective care during each session.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate dialysis equipment according to established protocols
Monitor patients throughout treatment, checking vital signs and adjusting settings as needed
Assemble, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment
Document treatment details, patient responses, and any complications
Educate patients about dialysis procedures and provide comfort during sessions
Assist nurses and physicians with treatment plans and follow-up care
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment
Skills & Experience:
- Certification in Dialysis Technology or a related field (e.g., from the Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing and Technology or National Nephrology Certification Organization).
- At least 1 year of experience in a dialysis or clinical setting preferred.
- Active state certification or licensure as a dialysis technician required.
- Familiarity with dialysis equipment, procedures, and patient care protocols is highly valued.
